gamora... SPOILERS

gamora should have remained dead

served very little purpose to movie

reply

Prob could have edited out Adam Warlock too. Nothing wrong with the actor or the character just didn't need to be in this movie at all. Would like seeing him in another movie or series.

reply

This was his setup movie, I believe. Talk is that he'll have a larger role in the fantastic four movie. But I agree, his presence felt a little forced in this movie.

reply

Agreed, just served for him to realize she wasn't his Gamora and move on. But they needed to deal with the new Gamora leftover from Endgame in some way. But when they say stuff like "She's not dead, she just doesn't remember," was annoying, because it belittled and demeaned her death in Infinity War, it's not like it invalidates her death, she was real and she died, horribly.

reply

You’re right, they kept repeating that she isn’t actually dead, as if her loss and what Thanos did was nothing at all. No, in real world, people don’t come back, and bringing back characters and claiming they are the same people undermines the tragedy that befell them.

reply

True that.

reply

I just thought Gamora was sent back to the past like everyone else when Tony snapped them or something.

reply

No one was sent back to the past. When Stark snapped, he killed Thanos and all of his soldiers. Gamora was fighting on the side of the Avengers, so she wasn't killed.

reply

Agreed. She was total bitch that added nothing but attitude.

reply

Should have had Star Lord hook up with Nebula.

reply

why did a mod put a spoiler in post, she died in a 2019 movie

reply

Mods can't edit anyone's posts but their own. You put it there.
