Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked

Wow, Was this a bad, unfunny movie. On par with the utter lack of humour likened unto Ghostbusters 2016. And I'm saying this as a female, so chillax.
Both had plenty of attempted "jokes" delivered, but my God were they awful. Just so so bad. Not once did I laugh or even smile in either movie.
And such a thing shouldn't be true of a movie made with the collaboration of a literal celebrity standup comedian. I don't personally find her funny, but clearly enough people do. So why couldn't she have made a somewhay humorous movie?
I mean.. right from the start. It was just god awful. the scene where she's ashamedly embarrassingly requesting a wider sized shoe as I guess she must have bigger feet... but compared to what? The entire gender generally overall? Bullshit.
Plus when did feet or shoe size become a metric of shame or superficial reflection of anything vacuos.
I also really din't like any scene where Amy would be delivering these stupid but attempted declarations of insecurity, fragiiity, and .Such a dumbly written script.
Everything just felt so forced, and not reflective on actual reality. Like the random total stranger guys being unnecessarily rude to Amy, while unnaturally overtly hitting on the attractive chick. Also just other random people, like front desk employees, or business contacts arriving for meetings, or an soulcycle employee caring for a recently unconscious and recovering patron behaving unprofessionally/unacceptably rude towards a stranger or customer or fellow employee out loud and in public. It just doesn't happen.
Also then how Amy chose to progress this claimed female self empowerment plot. Of reacting to finally experiencing what is believed to be catcalling, objectification, sexual harrassment, that every woman who was new to it, would react totally loving it. Wanting more. Finally feeling vadliated.
That's just disgusting. Making the scene I have no idea why they chose to have in the movie, of her eagerly participating in a random local wet tshirt contest.

Also... come on... Grant LeClare would NEVER have shown any real interest in Amy whatsoever. Come on. Not gonna happen. He'd be able to land any woman he was after.
