I mean the old woman back in Tijuana kinda makes it clear that only the one who broke the pot can end the game meaning Sam,but he dies but then again my doubt is, is there a way that Olivia could end the game cutting out her tongue given that at the end she "invites" more people to the game? As at one point Sam did, or this doesn't apply and the game is now endless??
shareI don't even know why she invited more people to the game. It didn't work for Sam. Sure her turn might take longer to come around but the guilt would be horrendous.

Do the same thing with the refusal of the dare to get the demon in play but with a truth after another successful truth, forcing the demon into a dare, because of the two truths - one dare rule, daring then the demon to end the game forever.
Problem is Calex just told a “truth,” so with two human players left, there’d be no way to force Calex into a dare.
The math makes it impossible and Calex would be taking active steps to avoid being forced into a dare.
Personally that was my biggest problem with the film - the villain was too smart and powerful. With no reasonable way to beat him, the plot just became an exercise in frustration
