Mine was easily "The Bent-Neck Lady".

Aside from the aforementioned ghost, Nell's sleep paralysis, the time loop twist and other creepy stuff, it's a genuinely uncomfortable look at one person's mental disintegration and her increasing isolation and inability to communicate with the people she loves.

Taken out of the context of the series, this episode could just be about a young woman being slowly overwhelmed by her own mental illness.

It also has some great acting by Victoria Pedretti, who I've never seen in anything else before.

agreed, Bent-Neck Lady was the best episode, especially because of that last-minute sequence which was genius

Same, i got the feels with this episode, was really warm in my house when watching and was sweating from my eyes a bit, eyes can sweat right? Nellie and Luke were my favorite characters.

Pretty much the same, but "Screaming Meemies" had some really good dialogue.
