How many black people are congratulating this?

All that noise about black people not being nominated but they're completely quiet when other minorities are being overlooked, or in this case, celebrated. That's one thing that really irritates me about black hollywood, they only really look out for themselves.

reply

Black Hollywood does not exist. Nor does yellow, nor brown, nor red, nor pink, nor white.
It s 2020, get real.

reply

That's why there was a campaign by black people in Hollywood complaining about black people not being nominated for Academy Awards. Yeah, that was imaginary.

reply

The fact that those people are out of touch with reality doesn't mean that you are.
It's 2020, they should get the fuck real and quit this racist BS, everybody thinks they got their special club to "belong" to, when there is no special club.
I'm gonna start complaining for the "white" heterosexual males with a 7.5" dick club, we never get enough nominations either...

reply

Throw some more bread crumbs...

reply

that was 2019, this is 2020. "get real", internet has a memory of 6 months.

reply

Can't tell if serious or sarcasm.

reply

I wouldn't call Korean people making films featuring Korean people for the Korean public minorities.

reply

lowkey racism detected, white genocide is next?

reply

white suicide more likely.

reply

Blacks don't care about other minorities, they just love continually playing the victim card. Blacks will always be relentless victims to relentless white racism, yet they love to live amongst Whites, in White societies.

reply

Yeah black people really loved getting dragged into white societies in chains against their will.

reply

So i suppose we drag them by the millions against their will in, say, 2019?

reply

Why should black people be expected to be everyone's cheerleader? What's stopping Asians from doing the same for their own? Just because black people are more outspoken doesn't mean they're obligated to speak for everyone else.

reply

No one is saying they should be everyone's cheerleader, but they should try caring about someone else other than themselves. Endlessly vocal about any wrongdoing against them, but silent when it's another minority.

reply

"I can't believe you organized a cancer walk but you don't even care that I stubbed my toe."

reply

Because they expect everyone to be thier cheerleader.

reply

When people want to do "white vs. people of colour" (which is a term I hate), they've grouped together black and Asians. So in that sense, how are black people different from Asians if they're choosing to group themselves that way?

reply

This dumb random question triggered so many people. All of you need to get a life
