Robot's new Guardians of the Globe

Anyone else not quite get this lineup? I can understand picking the teammates he'd been with, as he knows them better than anyone and knows they can work together. However... He picked every member of the Teen Team to be Guardians. They're teenagers. And he would have included Invincible had he wanted to be a part of the team. I know Cecil said he trusted Robot with his choices, but come on. I can't believe no one said anything about this. I know Black Sampson didn't like it, but he never called out how ridiculous it is or tried to put a stop to it. You can't tell me they were the best choices of everyone that was trying out.

That was kind of funny now that you mention is. And personally, I would not have included Rex at all. I still don't understand what he brings to the table or if he has any enhanced durability. He did seem to take a huge beating an average human wouldn't survive, but his powers seem to be just flicking little bombs - something anyone could do equally well with training.

And let's not get started on his hot-head personality and ego which could cost lives in the battlefield.

I certainly could have picked on the individual members of the team to bolster my argument!

You nailed Rex. Monster Girl, while essentially being the Hulk literally dies a little each time she transforms. Which, being a part of the world's foremost superhero team, will be a lot. I don't know why she'd even want to be on the team. Shrinking Rae feels like she may be a teenager too. Rex demeans Sampson for not having any powers yet it seems his suit gives him just as much power as Rex has, so I don't have anything negative to say about Sampson. He's really the only one that does make sense.
