Kind of stupid and pointless

Then again it is probably for children under 12.

Mario brothers started as failures, and by the end I think they still are. I don't think they learnt anything.

Princess Peach brought destruction to her people, and there was no self sacrificing act. Everything was OK by the end because things just happened.

I watched, there were a bunch of activities, I wouldn't say it was boring, but that is just about all I can say.

I was able to enjoy it a little bit after I realized that it's a total parody. This movie is to the Mario games what The Brady Bunch Movie was to the original Brady Bunch TV show. Not exactly trying to replicate it, but half celebrating it and half mocking it.

It's an OBVIOUS parody. Anybody who doesn't see that is literally mentally retarded.

I did not get the sense they were trying to make a parody, but if that is the only way you could enjoy it, then good for you.

When someone said:"As sad as your average movieslop-eater is, they are nothing compared to the drones that live in the gaming community. They literally pay 70 dollars for games excluding the online and any extra fees."

I did not fully appreciate the full meaning of his words before, but I can see that now.

No argument here. This movie was a silly low-value fart in the wind.

I was referring to Peach refusing to marry the villain.

The leader running away and asking for help is not heroic, that is putting herself in a safe position no matter what.

The moral of the story appears to be that you do your best to help others, but put yourself first. Very wise, but a bit cold, considering those people took her in and raised her.
