people are saying she is a lesbian? is that true?

i see posts mentioning she is a lesbian. is that real or are they just making fun of her?

If true... why/how does that factor into the STORY/Plot? If it's mentnioned or pointed out, it should affect the story direction. If not, what is the point of her being lesbian??
