I loved this

As an uncle of a small child, I found this incredibly affecting throughout. I can only imagine what a tearful nervous wreck I'd have been if I had children of my own.

The only slight bum note for me was the glib, sequel-bait ending, especially as it followed on after the father character had just been recently killed.
