I just happened to come across this while channel surfing so I restarted it on Showtime. It was halfway decent. A girl gets lost because of her GPS and ends up in the backwoods of Kentucky. She is hunted by some hillbillies who want to kill her.

shareI wouldn’t go so far as to call it “damn stupid” or “crazy.” She has been driving for a long time, so she probably indeed figured she’d stretch her legs while checking the map. She did need some room to really spread the map out and look at it.
I think the bigger mistake is getting so far down that hick road. She had been driving a long time off the interstate. Wouldn’t she have started questioning her route when she didn’t see another car for 2-3 hours? And once the phone directed her to turn right towards a non-road, she decided to drive further up instead of driving back or checking her map then.
