If the X Men have such wonderful technology to get them into space for a rescue operation why does NASA still use old and cludgy space shuttles?

Simple: NASA (humans) ain’t the X-Men. Needles to say, Mutants are way ahead of the curve in virtually every way.

Why not share their advanced technology? Because that’s the last thing Mutants should do.
