#1. Produced by people have never read an X-Men comic book for movie audiences who have never read an X-Men comic book either. Unlike Marvel studio who have Kevin Feige, a comic book fan.

#2. Studio tampering, shoehorning in Wolverine into every single movie at the expense of the other characters. Making Jennifer Lawrence, whose character is a villain, the new star of the series for no other reason than her A-List status.

#3. Lack of foresight and long term planning. This was mentioned in the video.

Kevin Feige was one of the producers on the early films.

For those movies he was either associate producer, co-producer or executive producer. It was a situation where the kitchen had plenty of cooks.

For the first couple of MCU movies it was pretty much just him and Avi Arad as producers. From then on he produced most of them by himself except for the Spider-Man movies which is a Sony property where Amy Pascal runs the show. But rumor has it Feige was more involved in the creative process than Amy and Amy just stuck to the financial side of things.
