Surprised as most Paul W.S Anderson movies letalone video game movies are panned by critics.

Theater cost to much for a 90 minute movie. I'll wait and get the dvd.

Not if you have AMC A-List. Sometimes I can appreciate and quick action movie that doesn't bloat out it's running time over 2 hours.

I have all the RE movies and plan to buy this also. I can't add go see in theater cost also anymore most of the time.

Nevermind. It's down to 45% on Rotten Tomatoes. Still better than most Paul WS movies, but pretty in line for a video game movie.

Haven't played the game but will check this film out, always enjoy Milla Jovovich.

It's a typical PWSA movie.
He is unable to convey any sort of emotion through his "storytelling", it's just events happening one after the other.
No buildup, tension, sense of accomplishment, no setups of payoffs, nothing of real value.
