Youtube blocking LGBTQ channels, restricted?

This is totally arcane, insane, and completely unacceptable. I actually first heard about this on Philip DeFranco's channel, as most of his videos got "blocked" under the "restricted" mode. They evidently are offering two filters, basically all or nothing, but in the process, anything LGBTQ related has not been getting delivered. YouTube is making boilerplate blanket non-apology non-letters of non-commitment about some ass hat "mistake" but we've yet to see anything in terms of fixing these issues. So many people are having their videos not shown or be made available and it's sending the message that the community doesn't exist, isn't important, doesn't contribute or is somehow inconsequential.
