Did 'Dark Fate' stole the Terminator Rev-9 design from Reapers in Russian movie 'Coma'?

The Rev-9 feels like the Reaper design mixed with the old Terminator T-800. Who knows? perhaps they spent their budget hiring Gender Studies experts, and there was no money left to hire some original designers.

the new terminator, whatver it T-number is, is just the logical combination of the T800 Endoskelett with the T-1000 metalcoating.
Coma looks kinda cool. Bet its cool in 3D

they were pretty creative in genisys, but ppl hate that one.
