I think something happened to make Stallone bow out. Not sure what, but I'm not so sure they'll make more without him.

My theory is Stallone is upset that his fight with Dolph was cut from the movie.

Seriously. They both trained pretty hard to make that scene and it was cut. Then they didn't even include it in the deleted scenes on the Blu Ray.

I’m glad they cut it. The idea of having a 76 year old man brawling in the hospital was ridiculous in the first place.

It's probably good for the movie, but I do wish it was in the deleted scenes.

He better bow out. Because the only arc to take with his character from here is to DIE and Rocky fans would not look favorably upon that. AT ALL.
