I give some kudos, but wish the setup/story was nicer.

The camera man really did a good job for being able to follow by himself that entire time, so he gets the biggest kudos.

But for the overall movie, it was both good and meh. It was good in that they succeeded in moving around and getting everywhere they wanted properly. But it was "meh" in that most of the movie felt like a cheesy home movie, but in a bad way.

I would say that the better part of the movie was the latter half, with the police and jail. It felt more like an actual movie at times than the earlier parts of the movie.
