Did I miss a movie...SCRULLS??

So the real Nick Fury is on a space ship full of Scrulls..some one please exaplain this to me.

The Skrulls were introduced in the "Captain Marvel" movie.

That was in the 90's..How is he on a skrull ship in 2025 or the present or whatever you call it?

In Captain Marvel it just established that Skrulls exist and that Fury had a relationship with them. Like most of Marvel's post credit scenes though, it'll have more context down the road. So no you didn't miss anything, it's just setting up the future. Marvel Studios had said they wanted phase four to be more cosmic and the rumor is what Fury is setting up is like the space version of SHEILD called SWORD or some hung like that. I'm sure comic fans have a better idea of what it means than most of us.
