Disney considering buying Spider-Man film rights back.

Me too. But I heard Apple wants to buy Sony so the contract will be nulified making purchase not necessary

Actually I am pretty sure the rights revert back automatically if another company buys the studio said rights are at. Also if Marvel gets them back they'll have to reboot cause Sony technically owns the previous 2 Spider-Man movies' rights.
