Requiem

After two cheesy but fun movies that were only tangentially related to Spider-Man, then three crappy ones, Sony finally let Marvel take a crack at putting the wall-crawler on the big screen, and we at last got to see the comic come to life onscreen. If we never get another MCU Spider-Man film, we can at least take solace in the fact that they gave us two of the best superhero films of all time, and a chance to really experience the Lee/Ditko character as he was meant to be.
