Raven's Back Pain

Raven Symone was born December 10, 1985, and so was only three or four when she first appeared on The Cosby Show as Olivia Kendall.

Did anyone who saw Raven Symone then ever wonder how soon a character portrayed by her would suffer from back pain? Probably not.

But thirty years later, in the Raven's Home episode "Crewed UP" November 15, 2019, Raven Baxter's back got screwed up while coaching Tess in basketball. Raven Symone was 33 years, 11 months, and 5 days old when "Crewed Up" was first broadcast, and probably months younger when her scenes were filmed. And I guess that Raven Baxter's fictional age is similar.

And to me that seems a bit young to have a bout of back pain.

Anyway, people who saw The Cosby Show in its original run and remember tiny little Olivia are likely to be shocked that a Raven Symone character can now be old enough to have fictional back pain. Time flies.
