I love the user reviews of this show. Both are dead on. Superstitious people who speak every thought that comes to mind. Maybe they're under pressure from producers to get the sob stories out.

When they do crap like that and lose or fail to get a big number, I laugh so hard at them.

It's really the only thing that makes the show watchable...getting gleeful at seeing stupid people fail.

I'm sure most of that is scripted. They aren't going to choose people that don't verbalize every annoying thought in their head.
