Same location as 'Let It Snow'?

I'm flipping back and forth since The Sound of Music is on now, but I just saw an exterior shot, and it looked like the lodge from Let It Snow. The interior shot of Mira Sorvino in a kitchen on the IMDb home page is definitely the same kitchen from Let It Snow! Filming location for both is listed as Vancouver.

I think the name may be Maple Lodge, but not sure. I want to go there, though!

It might of been. I kept thinking I saw these locations in other Hallmark films but I could not figure out which one.

"Let it Snow" however is a much better film

Yes, it's definitely the same location! I came here to see if anyone else noticed it!
