First post about 2017 version! I can't wait for this!

I'm a huge fan of the 1980 original film, and I'm optimistic that this 2017 remake will be worth seeing.

I'm happy that Anjelica Huston has been announced to play Mrs Aylwood, Bette Davis's role from the original - I think Anjelica will do a great job stepping into Ms Davis's shoes.

Great news that Benedict Taylor, who played Mike Fleming in the original film, is going to be John Keller, Ian Bannen's role from the original, in the new one. Just wish that Lynn-Holly Johnson, Kyle Richards and Carroll Baker could have cameos somehow too!

Hopefully, if this film is well received and does well, it will lead to Disney to finally relent and let us see the director's cut of the 1980 movie, which is gathering dust in a vault somewhere! Fingers crossed.
