I wish Hallmark would include a listing of the music they use in their movies. I think it was Mel Torme singing, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas", but I'm not completely sure.

Per Shazam, that's Matt Dusk (Feat. Ryan Ahlwardt) singing "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". You can buy it or the album on itunes, I believe.
