If you go to any links Or recaps about the show or a recap of what happened on each episode at the end of each story there is a letter from Scientology's lawyers stating that the episode was false. Every single article about the show has that same letter from Scientology stating that what we are Remini is doing is false and she's bitter. Are they required to have that at the end of every article?

It's quite possibly legal strategy on A&E's part. If Scientology were to sue, A&E could say it truly made an effort to let viewers know that the cult disputed information presented in the program.
