Theresa Duncan and Jeremy Blake

I really wish the show would discuss more of the suicides from Scientology.

I was fascinated with the topic of Jeremy Blake and theresa Duncan who bit committed suicide (2007) after being harnessed by scientologists. They are known as the Golden Suicides and were connected to Beck, a well known Scinetologist. His entire family is full of Scientologists including the Ribisi family.

Has no one ever heard of the Golden Suicides?

It's really interesting. They were flourishing artists that were working with Beck and left Scientology. They were then harassed endlessly. She overdosed and he walked into the ocean and drowned shoettly after. Please Google them and find out more.

I'm sure the show will eventually discuss all the deaths linked to Scientology.

Yes, Jeremy Blake is known for the colorful swirling artwork on Beck's Sea Change album cover and in Paul Thomas Anderson's movie, Punch-Drunk Love.
Then later PTA made The Master, which was sorta inspired by Scientology.
Later the star of The Master, Philip Seymour Hoffman died.

Then I started watching this show and started seeing stuff that they do and I started thinking about this stuff again.
I wonder if PTA and PSH were followed by PI's and stuff?
The next film PTA did was Inherent Vice - about private investigators.
I was looking up stuff today and then noticed it was the 3 year anniversary of PSH's death. =(

I don't remember if anyone involved with The Master spoke on being followed or harassed.
