My issue with this film

In my view, compared to "Gzaabneulni", "Apocalypse" is too straightforward. The problem with the basic story is that, using film language, there are no conflicts. As soon as Akaki inherits all the billionaire's funds, we only find him supporting different people. So we only see good things happening and the film becomes too boring at times. With "Gzaabneulni", we had heavy points like people losing their jobs, looking for some new ones, desperately trying to find some, losing their faith, stealing again and again, reaching a high point like hacking a bank, and then suddenly out of the blue a phone call comes to tell them they are back at their respectful positions (wherever they've worked).

I wonder why in "Apocalypse" there is at least no resistance from some government officials. OK, I know the Prime minister is depicted the way Ermalo imagines someone being a prime minister, a perfect one. What about some "dark forces", like local mafia?
