Entrapment
Not sure where this is supposed to be located, either Canada or the US, but is entrapment legal?
She tried to talk Joel out of it and even gave him other options and they coerced her.
I find that disturbing, if it's legal?
I believe in either place this is illegal. I guess the reasoning was Joel was getting so desperate to catch Mary he wasn't patient enough to build the case the right way. We saw evidence of this when he f'ed her and erased the tape.
