I preferred this over Gerald's Game

Both came out roughly around the same time and while I did enjoy both I like this one a little better. Gerald's Game got a bit too silly towards the end for mine and everything was wrapped up in a neat little package, conveniently enough. 1922 had more of a dreaded tone and feeling going for it that carried through to the end.
