Not bad if you understand what you are getting

This is NOT 'new' Doctor Who. This is a chance to relive the original broadcast, with an animation style that pretty much matches the stilted cheap studio broadcast for the mid 1960s.

Despite its own propaganda, the BBC has always been one of the planet's RICHEST broadcasters. Salaries and especially pensions are around the highest in the industry for BBC managers. And 'loyal' artists are guaranteed a 'retirement fund' in ongoing slots in their old age in dreadful, never ending BBC radio shows.

But the wealth of the BBC rarely showed itself in the quality of its programming before the late 1980s (when fear of losing the FORCED tax payment every TV viewer in the UK must make anually forced the BBC to finally start competing with the visual standards of the commercial 'competition').

To do a full blown animation for the original soundtrack to 'power of the daleks' would be to miss the point altogether. You'd end up with something like the utterly horrid cartoon remake of 'Thunderbirds'. No! Either you despise these old Doctor Whos for their 'cheapness' in which case you should ignore this efort, or you appreciate them for what they are, in which case you will accept a visual reminder of how the show went out in the 1960s.

I've seen some of the brave clever free partial reconstructions using all available media (including promotional photographs) and found the results jarring. In reality, giving the original soundtracks a visual counterpart can't be expected to be much more effective than this.
