Unique scenarios that could occur during purges?

I've seen two of the movies, I think there's another coming out, and a tv show with ten episodes. I've been thinking about it - what about these scenarios -

You live next to the dividing line of a time zone - say the purge lasts from 10pm to 10am the next day. It's 10:05pm, so the purge has begun, and you can do anything at all, and it's okay, all laws are suspended. The guy living across the highway, it's 9:05pm there, and he's outside checking that the pricey steel window covers he installed are secure. So can the person where it's 10:05pm, who has a high-powered rifle and scope - shoot the guy, even though it's 9:05pm in the shootee's town? In that town, a crime (murder) has been committed, and yet there's no guilty party??? And, seems like the opposite could occur - where you live the purge has just ended, and people can now go outside and witness the results, yet if you're both near a time zone change, it's still purge time on one side, thus can still shoot people, send over bombs?

Say you want to kill you teacher, but she has a secure place for the purge. Could you set up some gun with a cord to it's trigger, aimed at her door, so that when she goes out the next morning, after the purge is over, her opening her door pulls the cord, which pulls the trigger, which kills her? You set it up during the purge, so it was legal to do. Yet the killing happened after the purge? Could be lots of scenarios like that, cut vehicle brake lines such they the brakes work for a few minutes, then stop working. Thus after the purge, your previous actions are still hurting people? Yet you've broken no laws?

I'm guessing many rapes will happen during the purge. A few months later possibly there'd be a rise in abortions at abortion clinics. But say some women are against abortion, so they give birth to the children. If the father/rapist is known to the rapee - would he be required to pay child support til the child turns 18?

Appreciate your thoughts/responses on these. Reminds me of I think the third GREMLINS movie, where some people are asking stuff such as - if a gremlin has something stuck in it's teeth at 11:59pm, but it works free of the teeth and the gremlin ingests it at 12:01am (after midnight) does it turn into the bad gremlin? What if it's eating something on a plane at 11:30pm, but then the plane crosses a time zone and it's suddenly 12:30am?
