I don't think I've ever seen this happen on Rotten Tomatoes.
I just saw it, and if you're a fan of previous purges, you'll enjoy it
shareWell, the first one was really stupid (I was really surprised, actually, that a movie that bad could start a franchise), the second was a lot better I thought, and the third - I don't know, just more of the same.
I guess I'll watch, I have MoviePass anyway. :)

Review embargo. Critics are not allowed to publish reviews until a certain time called the the embargo.

Also, all the other movies get grades well ahead of time.
Most movies pre-screen for critics to allow them to review prior to the opening. Some producers choose not to allow this for certain films and it's usually a sign that they don't have much faith in the movie.
