Character age for lead?

So Ms. Fox does not look her actual age of 52 but what age was she supposed to be in this movie? The actress playing her younger sister is 29? I didn't look at ages for the other actors but when the Mr. Harris talked about grandkids, I was like uh that ship has sailed for the one daughter. I will give the movie one thing, at least it wasn't the atypical storyline. I don't think I've ever seen the fake marriage for green card in a Christmas movie. Still it was really bad. The assistant was horrible. This one is definitely not going into my archive.
