Possible 820 million break-even point

Just did another check on showings in my market.

It's dire.

Many showings at 6...7...8...9 p.m. for it's very first FRIDAY NIGHT are COMPLETELY EMPTY.

This is a repeat of the Toy Story 4 scenario and yet my warnings were dismissed and/or laughed off.

when I first read this I almost thought you were going to say

"As I did with Toy Story 4 and Aladdin I have set a break even point for The Lion King that I know is going to disastrous FAIL just like they did with TS4 and Aladdin, But I've done this to BUY myself 2 or 3 weeks to troll While The Film is heading to easily TOPPING my break even point"

you Purposely set this HIGH Break Even point, which is only done to allow you to troll after it OPENS HUGE...

you know TLK is going to open huge, you know thats going to bother you....So You set this HIGH Break Even point, so you can BUY a few weeks of trolling before it easily hits and surpasses your break even point....

lol this entire post was made so, Once TLK opens huge this weekend, You dont have to IMMEDIATELY take the walk of shame and admit defeat....

TLK is projected to have a 450 Million Global Opening, and Open over 150 M.....you know by Sunday ITS OVER....you know by Sunday, all hope you had of the film flopping is DEAD when it opens that HUGE......

but Your hatred for Disney controls you....Instead of simply admitting defeat and admitting TLK is a hit.....Your BUYING TIME, Your DELAYING the walk of shame.....By setting The High Break even point, you get to troll for another 2 weeks saying "ya it opened huge but lets see how much more it makes past the break even point"

and as I pointed out with with BOTH Aladdin and TS4 this tactics of delaying....Went down in Burning Flames....sure you got a few weeks of trolling in....But like always, Disneys films easily surpassed your Break Even point and you had to take the walk of shame and hide and avoid the boards .....





at this point, I think Disney's 2019 slate has BROKEN YOU....I think you are past the point of trying to "win" or make any real actual troll threads....at this point I think you are SPITE TROLLING out of pure anger and rage(thats why none of your trolling actual makes sense or ever WINS)....

it cant be easily watching The thing YOU HATE MOST(Disney) have the greatest year in box office history....

It certainly cant be fun watch The thing YOU HATE MOST(Disney) Dominate Year after year for a decade now consistently being the most successful studio for the 7th out of 8 years....

It cant be fun watching Disney Produce HITS that other Studios can ONLY DREAM of....

..Beauty and the Beast's production budget was 160 million.

The Lion King cost is a full 100 million dollars higher than that.

According to billbrown, he sees it ultimately making quite a bit less domestically and just BARELY pass it internationally. That's got to be seen as an underperformance in Disney's eyes as this is their biggest animated property of all.

If it breaks even at the box office, there's always dvd rentals and sale. Those tend to be pretty high for these disney movies.
