Jon just can't pull the drama out of the players like Jeff can

He's an okay host, but he's terrible at talking to the contestants, getting the full story out of players, milking that drama and turning the game on its ear by exposing plays and alliances. He doesn't have that sort of lawyer tact like Jeff does. More often than not in tribals, the players zip their lips and just sit there and he lets them do it. Jeff don't ever let them sit there not saying anything. He understands he's making a television program. It doesn't just make for boring television, it actually makes for boring gameplay cause the players aren't having obstacles thrown at them and having to tap dance through truths and lies while being interrogated. Everybody will have their minds made up who they're voting for and they won't change them after tribal ends. Jeff always shakes it up and gets people thinking sideways who were set in their ways.
