Burke is the only one in the house

Of the three who both Parents would agree to protect, the only one in the house who John and Patsy could keep silent forever. If either parent were responsible, sooner or later the other would have turned on them!

There is no evidence that anyone else entered that house.

I was very impressed with the program!

I said it 20 years ago and now...he did it.

I think he did it too. The evidence is overwhelming.

I haven't even seen Part 2 yet, but what clinched it for me was when I saw that her skull fracture was on the side of her head and not the top. The top would indicate a blow from above, but the side would indicate that it was someone closer to her height.

I was glad that they kind of showed that toward the end of Part 1, but they seemed to be doing that experiment based on the amount of force necessary to fracture her skull, as opposed to the angle and trajectory.

Burke did it, no doubt

I believe he did it as well. I don't buy the intruder theory and that ransom note is so obvious. Sadly we will never know for sure though and that precious baby girl may never get justice. I hope she is resting in peace regardless.

On another note, that interview Burke did for Dr. Phil was weird. He reminds me of Kevin from the Sin City movie. Ugh.
