I just looked at a dolphin's brain compared to a human brain. The dolphin brain has more extensive convolutions, and there are some researchers (Lori Marino, e.g) who seem to think their intelligence is quite comparable to ours. So I don't think you know what you're talking about.
I thought his gummy bear joke was funny, as was the rest of his act.
