Who should play the adopted brother?

Since this is based off of the Bag Man short and the brother is adopted, I am assuming he will still be African-American. The first choice I want is Caleb McLaughlin. He was Lucas from Stranger Things. I think the kid has the acting chops to go up against rest of the actors and since season 2 hasn't started filming, I think his schedule open.
