Is this a loose remake of "Behaving Badly" with Judi Dench?

Just saw this and it looks very entertaining and I love Victoria Hamilton in things. So want to give it a try.

But the moment I saw the synposis, it sounds just like "Behaving Badly" with Judi Dench from the 1988.

She played the aggrieved ex-wife and after five years in the pokey flat her ex bought for her in (Waddon, I think), she simply moves back into the family home in Hampstead now occupied by her ex and his new wife played by Frances Barber.

That was a good series, though it's a bit dated now.

A remake wouldn't go amiss with an update to today's sensibilities.
