The real problem with blackwashing

I'm all fine if it's a POC but why's it gotta be that almost every time they replace with a black character or add one as a main the hip hop gotta come along with it? They try to black everything up as if its a takeover of what started off as classic white. By classic white I mean when you saw the original animated Little Mermaid with nothing of THIS song.
