BFFs?

There are some parts in the movie where Janice acts jealous and antagonistic towards Colleen and other parts where they act like BFFs by reading the Bible together and comforting each other and acting friendly towards each other. Did Colleen really have Stockholm's Syndrome or is Lifetime (once again) full of crap?
