There was no evidence at all
http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/The_Evidencehttp://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/Evidence_ListMuch of the so-called evidence was contaminated by the Keystone Kops of Perugia.
So first there was no evidence at all, now there was evidence but was contaminated.
DNA evidence on a knife taken from Sollecito's was - are you ready? - bread.
No it wasn't bread.
http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/The_Double_DNA_KnifeCite and source via Massei/Nencini were it was established by the court as bread, thanks.
Another knife the prosecution claimed was a murder weapon could not have been so as the blade was the wrong size for the wounds. [/quote]
There was only one knife submitted as the murder weapon, which was the one from Sollecito's apt which was found "absolutely compatible" with the fatal wound by Massei and also accepted by the Nencini appellate court as the murder weapon.
The prosecutor was desperate to build a case against Knox & Sollecito to prove his theory of a drug-fueled Satanic orgy that ended in a bloody murder.
No he didn't. no mention of Satanism is made at the Massei trial, please cite and source verbatim where this was mooted via the Massei court transcripts or Massei report.
http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/Myths_debunked#Myth:_The_prosecution_case_was_based_on_the_theory_of_a_.22satanic_ritual.22Cops eager to please the prosecutor and in all honesty probably were trying to just do their job and find the murderer, bungled the collection of much of the evidence. A bra clasp from the victim that was soaked in her blood sat on on the floor of the crime scene for nearly six weeks before it was collected and tested for DNA. The cops did not wear rubber gloves when they picked it up off the floor. Scant traces of DNA evidence remained to test on the bra clasp the handling of which rendered test results inconclusive at best.
Prosecution tried to insist that Sollecito's DNA was on the bra clasp, but after two separate labs reviewed the evidence, it was determined the scant remains of DNA traces dubiously collected was likely that of the victim Meredith Kerber.
Solelcito's DNA is certainly on the bra clasp and was accepted as evidence by the courts. Cite and source via the Massei or Nencini reports where Solelcito's DNA was found to be really Meredith's. Complete falsehood by you right there.
http://themurderofmeredithkercher.com/The_Bra_ClaspThe attempt to frame Knox & Sollecito by a deranged prosecutor obsessed w/Satanic orgies failed. As hard as the prosecutor tried to twist the facts & evidence to place the two w/Guede @crime scene, fortunately, Mignini failed no matter how hard he tried to find experts to back him up and claim the evidence pointed to two innocent people.
First there was no evidence, then there was evidence now they're framed? Which is it?
Provide evidence that the prosecutor was deranged, obsessed w/Satanic orgies and provide evidence they were framed. Otherwise you're simply raving.
Your next three paragraphs are simply dribble so not worth entertaining or addressing.
Found in Meredith's bedroom was a hair described as that of an "African"
.
No there wasn't, please show were this was submitted as evidence.
When the Keystone Kops detectives of Perugia questioned Amanda they insisted she must know a black man that visited the cottage where the murder took place.
No they didn't.
Perugia is a very small town. The police knew a black man named Patrick Lumumba owned a bar popular with the college students. Amanda worked there part time. In fact, Lumumba had texted her earlier that evening and told Amanda not to come in the evening of November 1 as business was slow. Amanda texted him back, "Ci vediamo" which is a commonly used Italian phrase for "We'll see each other" or "See you" - meaning some random future time. Detectives used this text message to insist Amanda had planned to be with Lumumba later in the evening after she texted him. Which is ridiculous.
Knox claimed she first mentioned Patrick in her own book p84 and in her own testimony claimed the cops didn't mention Patrick first.
There wasn't a ton of DNA evidence against Guede either and he was convicted on less DNA evidence than Amanda Knox
Hey, look at that! She's not crazy, she's being chased by a cheetah!
