I feel pathetic for watching, but its just good stuff

The whole way through this train wreck I was dying. JUST SO FUNNY

I'm not much on rear-window ethics.

Yeah, it is a train wreck. But it's also the only insight I get into how hot guys talk and interact with each other, despite the reality show garbage.

They are always so stuck-up and quiet in the real world. Here we see them having to take action and show feelings.

reply

I dont find any of them hot. The prince guy is handsome and in good shape, but I don't think any of them are TV type hotties.

That's interesting that you don't find Branson, Eric, call or chat hot.

That's interesting that you don't find Brandon, Eric, Paul or Chad hot.

I didn't think it was a train wreck at all. It was great to see normal guys sweating and nervous for a change.

The guys on other dating shows (The Bachelor) are always so well-groomed and put together it makes one wonder.

reply

Not much of a wonder, different production different target audience.

Best example ever, when CW does ANTM with guys and girls, the guys and girls hook up all the time. When Bravo did Make Me a Super Model, 2 of the guys had a "bromance" thing and yet neither of the straight guys had anything with the straight gals...

Basically, productions pushes thing where they want it to go. Since this is Logo and is about gay dating, they assume the audience wants drama queens.

reply

Unless they show them engaging in a truvada sponsored bareback orgy, it's not really worth watching. and even then- only if it's the hot ones.

reply

It's formulaic and sometimes worse than formulaic. Rather sad to see such a fabricated show which doesn't make sense. Why would they compete for this guy in particular when they could simply end up with one of the other guys here for Robert. A lot of these guys are more pleasant than him anyway and he comes across as an attention seeker full of himself.

reply

To be honest, I think most of the guys here are even more attractive than Robert. I wonder if we take someone who hasn't heard of the show and edit Robert's confessionals out of the first episode - when he just "hanged around" the party without telling them who he is - how many people would actually pick him as a bet to be the "prince charming"?

reply

I know right. Regardless of his past and whatever happens on social media, I find him beautiful but charmless. He looks like a perfect robotic lifeless advertisement and that's not sexy at all. It's like he's going to melt. The show is fake so I expect cheap drama, guys fighting for stupid things and stupid twists. But can't two of them decide to leave this mess and live away their love story? Brandon, Brodney or Eric seem pretty nice so far.

reply

Now that it's become such a totally off the rails train wreck, it's "must see TV"!
