lolz Robert is so full of sh!t...

No chemistry = I'm not attracted to you, sorry hon.

Let's be honest. 😄

Did anyone else crack up when he pulled that line with Jasen?

reply

This. I don't think they're even trying hide it - we all know who's going first. It's just as obvious that it's going to come down to Paul and Chad. And possibly Sam if he doesn't drown someone first.

Best line so far?: "Thank god I haven't eaten since 1997" 😄

reply

Some of these guys are just delusional thinking this guy would select them over others who aren't paunchy, hairy, or bald! It has little to do with being fake or an egomaniac! Come on! 

I think it will be between Eric and Paul. I feel like Sam will be eliminated soon they are setting him up as a loose cannon.

reply

I think you're 100 percent on the money here. Sam disappeared from the promos, so he either gets kicked, or Robert lets him go over his attitude. It's a shame, though. When Sam stepped out of the limo my first thought was "that's the guy I'd go for".

reply

It was so obvious he was being sent home. They looked like buddies at the spa, not like a couple on a date. Robert didn't even try to get to know him, instead he was trying to get info about Chad (I think that's his name; the dude that packed his bags).

reply

lol true.

In the back of my mind, I was hoping for Robert not to be shallow and end up telling Jasen how much he enjoyed the date and wants to CONTINUE getting to know him.

eerrrr...wrong. 😄

reply

He should just hold up a sign that says "NF: No Fatties".

The Final Four will probably be Paul, Eric, Chad and either Brandon or Dillon.

reply

This show makes no sense whatsoever. They tried to be all progressive and have men who are all different, yet they chose a ken doll as their suitor? A ken doll who is clearly into his looks and therefore into others. I mean can you imagine the same diverse group of women on the bachelor?

Honestly, they're better off without him. No personality at all.

I'm not much on rear-window ethics.

reply

No personality at all

I hope for his sake that he's a great lay because on tv he lays a rotten one. He has the personality of a dry mustard sandwich.

reply

I have to partially disagree. The bachelor (male or female, gay or straight) always have to be good looking. I'm sorry but this isn't "dating in the real world" this is supposed to be like a fairy tale come true, the "prince charming" needs to be a supposed perfect person that everyone on the show (and at home) should fall in love with.

And yes... Being good looking is one of the "perfect qualities" that we are all looking for even if our definition of what is good looking may vary.

Now of course the guy in question should ALSO show qualities like... Actual Charm? Charisma? Romance? Intelligence? Sense of humor?

And considering there is hardly a lack of good looking gay men, I can't help but wonder why they went with him. Honestly, he is not that attractive.

I have a feeling his past as a rentboy IS the reason he was picked in the first place.

reply

"No Fats, Fems or Asians!"

reply

It's so stupid. For all the blah, blah, blah romance, blah blah blah connection, blah blah...they put into this, it's going to come down to the best looking guy in the room picking the second best looking guy in the room.

reply

^This^

Robert was sweating bullets that Paul wouldn't like him (which is the first time I ever heard of a contestant not liking the main character).

He also commented on Eric's and Chad's bodies. So whoever can keep their comments to them self the longest wins!

reply

Seems like it's all about only one thing for the the rent-boy..

reply

Yes, and Robert made it clear in the first few minutes of seeing him that he was only interested in very fit attractive men. I wonder why then would LOGO throw in guys who they knew were not going to live up to Robert's standards?

I wonder if LOGO was trying to punk Robert and ended up being punked themselves. It would serve them right.

I feel bad for the guys who were sent there as filler.

reply

Same reason they put an escort as Prince Charming - to get people talking about the show.

Also... Let's be honest, if the guys actually know each other on the show (at least Chad and Jessen did) then maybe just not enough decent guys actually auditioned for this train wreck so they took what they could get.

reply

It really is. I don't know who they think they are fooling! We, the viewers, were not born yesterday and we already know the score. It's not like we don't know how the gay dating world works.

reply

Umm... How is that different from straight dating shows?

I don't recall many "regular" people on the bachelorette, they all look like they could have stepped out of Baywatch.

reply

I don't think he was attracted to Danique either. He used the "I just see us as friends" line

reply

Totally.

From the get-go I could guess who was going to go first. Chemistry and all that BS is irrelevant if the guy doesn't fit the physical type Robert is looking for — which is basically a clone of himself, i.e. Paul.

I just feel bad for the guys who left feeling like they connected with Robert, but ended up looking like fools believing they actually had a shot.

reply

Very true. The hotter guys want a twin of themselves or the most perfect physical specimen.

Yupp, I completely agree. He's going to pick Paul because that's what guys like Robert do. They only date people who they think they will look good with to other people.

Me too. It's quite clear that some of these guys were asked to participate only to be eliminated. I'm sure Danique is a wonderful person but did he honestly think he had a shot at wining? I'm hoping the ones that get eliminated will go back to their hometowns and get all kinds of action just because they were on this show. You know, turn their elimination into a positive. They don't need Robert or "his love".

reply

Why would they even bother putting average to below average guys on this show?

Guys like Robert only date men as hot as themselves.
