There were 2 killers? Scratch saw the vision of him getting attacked in the garage and also in the car. He then went to the garage and the vision came true so he ran to the car and got in and got attacked there as well. The person had to have been in the car already, but someone was just in the garage. There had to have been two people? Haven't seen anyone else post this question so I'm wondering if I missed an explanation.

Was wondering the same thing. Can't find an explanation! Bad script.

No, only one killer. The killer ambushed him in the garage, then Scratch escaped and went to the car. The killer followed him and entered through the car trunk which Scratch had left open in a previous scene. You probably missed that detail.
