I'm guessing they never went to many of these places after London because of all the Green screen shots. It's weird and so obvious

Yes they shot a couple of INTERVIEWS on green screen. That's it.

I think they were there, but needed to redo scenes...Common in film and Tv.. Stoners and other locals ruin some of the shots or noise drowns out audio and they realize some of the shots are unusable.

Someone else suggested that getting permits to film might have been pretty difficult/ expensive. So they filmed the actual action and then did the interviews back at Swearnet studios.
