No they don't

At least liberals don't think so. Liberals don't care about black people. Police shoot way more men than women, about a hundred thousand times more. Men get convicted at higher rates, receive longer sentences, etc... We say nothing. The worst of the worst social justice warriors will even deny it or blame the victim. Men's lives matter is considered sexist MRA misogyny. So clearly black lives mattering isn't about protecting blacks from cops, since if we cared about protecting people from cops we would be worried about protecting men from cops long before we worry about protecting blacks from cops, and we don't. Black lives don't matter. We don't even think of them as human. We think of them as objects, as a means to corrupt political ends.

We do the same with health care. No liberal isn't dumb enough to realize he needs free food and shelter before he needs any free health care.
