Tim and Eric wannabes

Since Awesome Show went of the air, everybody's jumping on the bandwagon. Sucks.

reply

Hah. Well, you are a woman.

You don't understand a thing.

reply

Did Million Dollar Extreme University teach you to say that or did your weed joint get lodged up your ass?

reply

Your mom taught me.

reply

MDE fans are XxXstraigt edgeXxX pls don't spread false stereotypes.

they're only like t&e at face value really, they're more like Chris Morris.

reply

"...they're more like Chris Morris."

HAHAHA no.

reply

they're more like Chris Morris.

Oh jesus....

reply

That's cause we got the cooler bandwagon, with rocket boosters... you're really missing out.

reply

I can't believe people are still insisting this crap.
Tim and Eric did NOT invent the genre or the style; just because you saw T&E first (because it was on TV) does not mean that anything remotely similar is a Tim and Eric rip-off.

reply

It's actually nothing like Tim and Eric. Both are good at what they do.

reply

Who the fug are Tim and Eric? You're silly. World peace is beautiful. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

reply

It's like Tim & Eric if Tim & Eric had the worldview of an angry white teenager and was devoid of humor.

reply

you're simply not ready for sam hyde friend. you're not picking up on the subtle sociological themes & masterfully-executed yet intentionally-mistransmitted messages that always seem to fly right over lesser minds undetected. sam hyde is eternally poignant, forever relevant, steeped in an understanding of the world and exuding it unto others like a blessing from heaven. an important thinker. one of the best we got.

reply

Tim and Eric weren't the first comedy group to do weird absurdist comedy sketches. Before them you had Monty Python, SCTV, The Kids in the Hall, Late Night with both Letterman and Conan, SNL, The Vacant Lot, The Upright Citizens Brigade, Mr. Show, previous Adult Swim shows (Space Ghost: Coast to Coast being the first), The Ben Stiller Show, Weird Al, In Living Color, etc., etc.

reply

As someone who has seen Tim and Eric live, and Tim Heidecker twice, I can assure you MDE is not at all like them. MDE is and was great and damn those cry babies who pulled it.
