Really, Really Bad. Spare yourself!

I painstakingly sat through the entirety of season 1 and honestly tried to give this show a chance. I love sci-fi in general, so it is not the genre that put me off. I can even handle a low budget production if the story and acting is solid, however the story and the acting in this show is just plain bad.

The production values on this show is obviously low and it shows, but more than that, the actors simply do not have the acting-chops to hold anyone's attention for too long. Perhaps it is partly the story itself that is weak, so it is not entirely the the cast's fault.

As for the story itself, it will be nothing you have not seen before (only worse). There are elements of the plot that make absolutely no sense upon even the slightest scrutiny.

The concept of humans being reconstructed centuries after human extinction by an alien race wishing to repopulate the earth sounds like a decent premise for a sci-fi show. It is, in fact, the premise of the this show, however very little is ever done to really make use of this concept, and most of the show is spent solving episodic problems, rather than exploring the details of the premise of the show.

The "bad guys" are there simply for the sake of being the bad guys, and their motivations, to the extent that the show attempts to address the issue, is terrible. The interactions between the good guys and the bad guys are strained on screen because of this.

Please spare yourself, your friends and your family from this turd and pretend it doesn't exist. If you watch this it will take away from the innocence you were born with and leave you scarred for life.
